Outta Kontrol Customs offers two ways:
1. The OKC Design Lab allows you to build your custom campaign hatpress
2. The design “Survey” allows you to submit details for building your custom campaign hatpress, footlocker, shadowbox, or plaque.
How does the Design Tool work?
It's easy to make custom campaign hat presses in the Outta Kontrol Customs Design Lab as long as you know how to use it.
The Design Lab has two main sections. The top section has the main functions you can perform on your hat press.
The bottom window shows you a preview of the hat press.
Top Section Buttons Above
There is a row of four buttons above the preview section. These buttons cover the most basic functions regarding your hat press.
Here they are, from left to right:
Choose Style - This is how you change the style of campaign hat press you would like to order. We have 4 styles, Basically Trained, Special Forces, Elite, and Extreme Elite.
Customize Options - This button is where you change the choice of wood, change the fabric, and add logos.
Add Text - This button lets you add text and change fonts.
Upload Image - The upload image button allows you to place your own photos or images onto your hat press.
Left side Section Buttons
There is a row of four buttons above the preview section. These buttons cover the most basic functions regarding your hat press.
Here they are, from left to right:
Layers - This is where you see each individual element of your design. You can delete or move elements forwards or backwards here.
Save - This button is where you save the design you are creating so you can visit it later.
Load – All of your saved designs can be found here.
Download - The download button allows you to save your design onto your computer or device as a JPG, PNG, or PDF.
Print - To print a hardcopy of your press design, select the print button
Right side Section Buttons
Magnifying Glass - This doesn’t really work.
Zoom - This button is where you save the design you are creating so you can visit it later.
Reset - All of your saved designs can be found here.
Toggle Ruler - The download button allows you to save your design onto your computer or device as a JPG, PNG, or PDF.
Center Snap - To print a hardcopy of your press design, select the print button.
Preview - To print a hardcopy of your press design, select the print button.
Submit your design for quote and construction
underneath your layout preview, you will enter your name and email, and then select submit send
We will get back to you as quickly as possible an estimate and final layout for your approval.
